Bayside Encounter Youth is the youth ministry of Bayside Christian Church for young people from grades 7-12. Events are on each and every Friday night (excluding school holidays). Doors open at 6:30 pm with fun pre-events and games with a 7 pm start. The nights are coordinated in a safe environment full of fun and is always exciting, all the while equipping young people to live a full and active life.

 

Matthew and Rachael are a local couple who are passionate about reaching the youth of Hervey Bay and have been involved in the Bayside community for years. Under them are a committed team who also love Jesus, love young people, and love life!

Bayside Encounter Youth is run by a Safer Churches and COVID safe plan.  So we do ask that all parents/guardians please complete a permission form for your child/ren to attend and to sign in/out at the reception desk at each event. Follow the link to the form here.

• Youth is held every week of the school term

• eGroups are a small group of young people managed by one leader.  These leaders meet/contact their eGroup every week to do life with them and support them in any way.

• All our leaders are blue card certified
